Fish oils are liberated from the purest cold-water Atlantic salmon using methods that retain the many characteristics of oil found in raw, whole, fresh fish.  Sushi-grade fish used hail from the pristine waters of the Norwegian fjords, and are open-sea raised through a sustainable progressive open-ocean aquaculture process.

Nothing goes to waste in this patent-pending process, because it utilizes the whole fish to extract the nutrient-rich oils that are typically removed by ordinary processing.
